Appointed under the General Manager and reporting to the Project Director
Design orientated Senior Architect with experience in high-rise residential projects.
Involved in all stages of the projects lifecycle from conceptualization, schematic design, detail design, tender documentation and construction documentation.
Able to handle authority submission and co-ordination
Responsible for coordinating design issues for the projects with associate consultants and external parties to ensure a complete delivery to the client
Formulate strategies and organise work flow to meet project objectives and deadlines
Thorough documentation of the projects
Establish strict quality control procedures to ensure high quality delivery
