Job Description
Architectural Design & Planning
- Steering the creation of conceptual & schematic architectural designs including plans/layout plans their elevations etc. and interfacing with clients for approval of the same.
-Coordinating with Contractors / Builders and providing them with all the detailed construction documents.
- Developing concepts for external facade, interior detailing and integrating the same with structural finish; responsible for drafting of drawings - elevations, sections floor plans and layout plans.
Liaison Work-
Liasoning with Various Govt. Authorities, Follow-up with Consultants, Govt.Officers.
-Preparing of Search Reports, Cases U/S32G, Cases U/S43 & representation to authorities for title clearance.
-Conducting follow-up & co-ordinating with Collector Office, Tehsil Office & Talathi Saja.
- Developing project baselines; Complying necessary Requisitions on time to ensure satisfactory execution of projects.
-Liaising with various state govt. Departments for allocations of Government lands for projects.
-Interfacing with Govt. Department / Development Authorities for obtaining necessary sanctions/approvals.
-Good understanding of MCGM DCR 1991,TMC DCR, Slum Act 1971, MRTP Act 1966, BTAL 1948, MMR DCR 1999.
-Undertaking discussions with top Govt. Officials.(Includes MCGM, TMC, Collector & other Revenue Offices)
-Knowledge of development U/S 33(4), 33(5), 33(7), 33(9) of DCR 1991.
