•10-15 years experience in commercial/corporate interiors/architecture
Job Description:
To facilitate establishment of global design and detailing standards
To handhold new clients for smooth transition from B.D stage
To handle multiple projects and to get involved in various organization initiatives like training etc.
To lead a team of junior and intermediates architects
To coach and mentor intermediate and junior architects.
To supervise and assess the work and performance of your team members and ensure that they discharge their duties properly, strictly adhering to the quality standards.
To be involved in various other initiates taken by the organization like hiring, training etc.
